While we are here to work with your to bring your goals to fruition, we do have a few policies in place so as to minimize any miscommunication and misunderstandings that may come along the way. There are always extenuating circumstances which we are happy to address. Below are our policies on any purchases made and payment methods.
Policies
- Payment before session required in order to secure session date, time and tutor.
- No cash payments will be accepted. No tutor will accept any payment.
- 24 hours notice for cancellation and/or rescheduling otherwise session and/or event and session/event fee will be lost.
- Any single session purchase, such as a one on one math tutoring session, must be used within 1 month, 30 days, or purchase.
- Private tutoring sessions, such as a math tutoring are to be used by a single participant during the duration of the time period with the assigned tutor. Please do not bring another participant to your sessions. If so, the session will be subject to additional charges.
- We provide the option for you to come to our tutor’s location, or that our tutor will provide their own transportation to your location for a minimal charge. If parking fees are required at your location, those also would need to be covered by the client.
- All the rates quoted are for the Ottawa region. This includes, Kanata, Barrhaven, Gloucester, Findlay Creek, Orleans, Riverside South.
Payment methods
Our payment methods include credit card, debit, e-transfer and payments can be done online. Once your payment has been received please contact us or we will contact you as soon as we are able, to schedule your first session.
We DO NOT take cash. If you require more time when your tutor is at your home, we trust you and our tutor will inform us of the amount of extra time required and will be happy to invoice you the respective amount.
